The City of Cincinnati will accept Electronic Bids per CMC 321-24 until NOON EST on August 6,
2026, at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4
For construction of approximately 215 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer to benefit two single family
parcels currently served by household sewage treatment systems (HSTSs). These properties have
been ordered by Hamilton County Public Health to connect to the public sanitary sewer, S.S. No.
1687C, along Loveland Madeira Road. The work takes place in Symmes Township, Hamilton
County, Ohio.
Bidders may download Bid Documents from the Business Opportunities website and should

deadline, bids will be reviewed and posted to the website.

For construction to rehabilitate and replace approximately 1200 linear feet of 140-year-old,
structurally deficient, existing sanitary sewer, per the detailed specifications, near Stark St between
McMicken Ave and Central Pkwy in Cincinnati’s Over the Rhine neighborhood, Hamilton County,
Ohio.
