MIAMI WHITEWATER FOREST GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION WELL CONSTRUCTION
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the Miami Whitewater Forest Golf Course Irrigation Well Construction, 9000 Mt. Hope Road, Crosby Township, Ohio 45030, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids are due by 10:00 am Monday June 22, 2026.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on July 16, 2026. The Irrigation Well Construction will include site preparation, well construction and well modifications, pipe installation and connections, electrical panel and control installation and start up of the wells. Work is planned for the late summer and fall of 2026. Great Parks desires for the pump station to be substantially complete by December 31, 2026. Parts of the project will need to be accomplished while the existing well irrigation system is in operation. Irrigation system is intended to cease operations in mid October 2026. It is understood a possible time extension to March 11, 2027 could be executed if there is delays to equipment delivery times for substantial completion.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:05 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026 at Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
Contractor shall have minimum five years experience in irrigation well construction and shall submit evidence with references of such work.
A Non-Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting will be held at the Great Parks Miami Whitewater Forest Maintenance Building at 10 am Monday June 8, 2026 at 9000 Mt Hope Road, Crosby Township, OH 45030. Site will be visited at this meeting.

Bidding documents shall be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, 7157 Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249, 513-326-2300, at contractor’s expense (no refunds).
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
