Sealed bids shall be addressed to and will be received by the Village of Silverton, 6943 Montgomery Road, Silverton, Ohio 45236 until Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. for:

Plans & Specifications for the work may be obtained from Key Blue Print, Inc. The cost for plans is $125.00 per paper set and $85.00 per electronic set.

Prospective BIDDERS may address questions to Dylan Osborn, PE, PTOE (dosborn@teceng.com) at 7288 Central Parke Blvd, Mason, Ohio 45040.
Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bidder’s name and address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the Village of Silverton as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration.
The Village of Silverton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.
