LOWER MILL CREEK HIGH WATER DRY WEATHER PROTECTION(10240271)
The City of Cincinnati will accept Electronic Bids per CMC 321-24 until NOON EST on March 4, 2026, at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4
For construction to improve site access and provide High Water Dry Weather protection for CSOs 422, 452/453, and 459/460 to prevent river waters from flowing back into the collection system and the unnecessary treatment of millions of gallons of water. CSO improvements include; CSO 422: Relocate outside of River Rd, install inline check valve for high water dry weather protection, rehabilitate existing 60-inch diameter outfall pipe with CIPP liner; CSO 452/453: Combine and relocate outside of Riverside Dr, abandon exiting outfall pipe located under apartment building, install inline check valve for high water dry weather protection, construct concrete access pad; CSO 459/460: Install 9ft by 9ft concrete chamber with flexible flap valve for high water dry weather protection, rehabilitate existing 60-inch diameter outfall pipe, construct concrete access pad. Work takes place in the City of Cincinnati’s East End and Sedamsville neighborhoods in Hamilton County, Ohio. This project will utilize Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) funding.
