Sealed bids will be received by the Otterbein Lebanon, Inc, as provided in this notice for construction of the project known as State Route 741 at King Street Improvements (the “Project”).
Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file and available from www.questcdn.com. You may download the digital plan documents for $22 by going to questcdn.com and clicking on “Project Bid Information” on the bottom, right-hand side of the page, or by inputting Quest project #9985123 on the website’s project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope delivered to The Kleingers Group, ATTN: Greg Urasek, 6219 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 and plainly marked on the outside “ State Route 741 at King Street Improvements PROJECT BID.”  Bids will be received until 3:00 pm local time, January 14, 2026. 
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on January 6, 2026, at 3:00 pm at The Kleingers Group, 6219 Centre Park Drive; West Chester, OH  45069.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Community Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on January 26, 2026, and will be read at that time for RFP#003-26 – Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Program.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Virtual on January 7, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. EST. Email Purchasing@hamiltoncountyohio.gov for invite.
