REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Lubricant, Hydraulic Fluid, & Wear Particle Condition Monitoring

Proposals will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted.

Deadline is 1:30 PM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025

As of 09/15/2025, interested parties may download RFP Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.

Questions on this project or any part of the RFP Documents must be sent via e-mail to MSD.PROCUREMENT@cincinnati-oh.gov by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1:30 PM local time on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

A brief description of the services sought:

The MSDGC Wastewater Treatment Division (“WWT”) Asset Condition Monitoring Program (“ACM”) requires as-needed services in Lubricant, Hydraulic Fluid, and Wear Particle Analysis (“LHWPA”) to ensure Wastewater Treatment Plant (“WWTP”) equipment reliability and to identify early warning signs of defects within equipment to prevent catastrophic failures.
