Sealed bids will be received by the Union Village Development Company. , as provided in this notice for construction of the project known as Union Village Roadway Extension (the “Project”).
Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file and available from www.questcdn.com. You may download the digital plan documents for $22 by going to Kleingers.com and clicking on “Project Bid Information” on the bottom, right-hand side of the page, or by inputting Quest project #9792294 on the website’s project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope delivered to The Kleingers Group, ATTN: Troy Messer 6219 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 and plainly marked on the outside “Union Village Roadway Extension PROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 3:00 pm local time August 19, 2025.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2025, at 3:00 pm at The Kleingers Group, 6219 Centre Park Drive; West Chester, OH 45069..

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Union Village Development Company and the Community Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
