REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
MSDGC MAXIMO® UPGRADE TO
‘MAXIMO® APPLICATION SUITE (MAS) MANAGE’
RFP # 2024-003
Digital Proposals will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFP Submissions and Location” at Section 1.11 of the RFP for details.
The deadline for submission is 1:30 PM local time on Wednesday, October 23, 2024
As of 9/25/24, interested parties may download RFP Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.
Questions on this project or any part of the RFP Documents must be sent via e-mail to the Buyer of Record, Tammy Kaser, Tammy.Kaser@Cincinnati-OH.Gov, by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1:30 PM local time on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
A brief description of the services sought:
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain a consultant to upgrade MSDGC’s current Maximo® version to the latest stable version of the on-premise IBM® Maximo® Application Suite (MAS) Manage. The upgrade will be a two-phase project using Maximo® best practice implementation from an IT technical and business process perspective.
