Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the GP WHITE HOUSE RENOVATION Rebid, located at 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on September 21, 2023. The project is to be substantially complete by December 31, 2023.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Winton Centre.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Winton Woods Winton Centre Visitor Parking Lot. We will proceed to the White House from Winton Centre.
Bidding Documents may be viewed at McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, ACI plan rooms and The Blue Book Building & Construction Network. The legal advertisement may be viewed at www.greatparks.org.
Bidding documents shall be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, 4219 Malsbary Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242, 513-326-2300, at contractor’s expense (no refunds).
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

A brief description of the services sought:
The LMWWTP Electrical, Primary, and Secondary Improvements project is a series of improvements that is designed to provide the necessary electrical modifications to allow for future demolition of several buildings to make room for the future HRT. This project will also make modifications to primary and secondary treatment with the goal to meet 100 MGD through secondary treatment. The Primary tanks will also be upgraded to meet the future needs of the plant as it relates to utilization of the primary tanks to meet solids handling requirements of the future HRT, allow for intermittent use as equalization basins, or full operation as primary treatment.

In general, the work consists of emergency and high priority repair and replacement of mainline sewers, manholes, sewer laterals and other MSD owned assets within the public right of way and various easements of the MSD service area requiring specialized construction methods. Specialized methods include deep shaft, horizontal tunneling, jack and bore, directional drilling, tight sheeting and pipe bursting. Various locations throughout the MSD service area, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $49,900,000.00.
