Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
Contractors must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act in the payment of prevailing federal minimum wage; demonstrate a good faith effort to achieve 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation; and Section 3 of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, which requires opportunities for training and employment be made to lower income residents and contract work awarded to business concerns owned by lower income residents.
The City of Norwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

Digital Proposals will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

A brief description of the services sought:
The City of Cincinnati, through its Department of Sewers (the “City”), as the sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of the sewer system on behalf of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Ohio law and MSDGC policy, from parties (hereinafter “Offeror”) and is seeking responsive proposals to provide services for power condition analysis, inspection, and repair services and miscellaneous construction, maintenance, and repairs at various Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) treatment plants (Mill Creek, Little Miami, and Muddy Creek), substations, pump station, or other properties owned or managed by the City of Cincinnati. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis and include, but are not limited to, emergency maintenance, routine maintenance, repairs, adjustment, inspection, and troubleshooting work at facilities, on process equipment, and appurtenances.
