The Village of Evendale is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) for consultant services for preparing construction plans for rehabilitation of three bridges on Glendale Milford Road between Evendale Commons Drive and Evendale Drive. Firms interested in being considered should submit one (1) PDF file to Service@evendaleohio.org before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. 
The Village will evaluate the submitted LOI’s and select a design firm to enter into negotiations for a contract to perform the proposed work. For a copy of the LOI requirements or any questions, contact James Jeffers, Village Engineer at 513-563-4338 or service@evendaleohio.org.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bidder’s name and address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
The City of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

Sealed proposals shall be addressed to and will be received by the Fiscal Officer of Green Township at the Administrative Complex, 6303 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45247-6498 until February 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. for the following Township work Green Township 2026 Street Rehabilitation Contract.  Detail information for the work may be obtained at the Office of the Assistant Director of Public Services.   For more information please call (513) 574-8832.
Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for Green Township 2026 Street Rehabilitation Contract.  The contract consists of 7 streets with a total length of 1.77 miles.
All work is to conform to current State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications with supplements and changes thereto.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a hundred percent bid guarantee bond or a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and his bid.
Bidders must use the printed forms provided.
The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent of the total bid price, conditioned according to the law.
Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. 
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the (Green Township, Hamilton County), Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239
