The City of Cincinnati will accept Electronic Bids per CMC 321-24 until NOON EST on October 9, 2025, at https://vss.cincinnati-oh.gov/vssprod/Advantage4
For furnishing and delivering three (3), 2025 or newer, Class 14 High Roof Panel Vans for MSDGC. Bidders may download Bid Documents from the Business Opportunities website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda. After the deadline, the bids will be reviewed and then later posted to the site:

All bids must be submitted electronically via the City’s VSS portal at the above link. The bids will NOT be read publicly. No hard copies of bids will be accepted.

The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities, reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for, accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause, and accept the proposal which best serves Anderson Township.
