For maintenance and repair of industrial plumbing equipment, including troubleshooting, refurbishment, and testing, at any time needed, for MSDGC.
Bidders may download Bid Documents from the Business Opportunities website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda. After the deadline, bids will be reviewed and posted to the website.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on October 24, 2025, and will be read at that time for ITB# 073-25 – Hamilton County Justice Center – Condenser Water Pump Replacement.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM, at Justice Center, 1000 Sycamore Street (meet at: North Front Lobby) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $200,000.
