Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bidder’s name and address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
Contractors must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act in the payment of prevailing federal minimum wage; demonstrate a good faith effort to achieve 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation; and Section 3 of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, which requires opportunities for training and employment be made to lower income residents and contract work awarded to business concerns owned by lower income residents.
The Village of Greenhills reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on August 6, 2025, and will be read at that time for ITB# 045-25 – Fire Sprinkler Inspection & Testing Issuance.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for two full days starting on July 9, 2025, at 8:00 at Courthouse Lobby, 1000 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202. July 10, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM at the Juvenile Jail located at 2020 Auburn Avenue, meet in main security.

SHARON WOODS
SHARON WOODS DRIVE BRIDGE, STREAM, AND SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the SHARON WOODS DRIVE BRIDGE, STREAM, AND SANITARY SEWER MODIFICATIONS, located near 11450 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241, approximately 750 LF south of the intersection of Lebanon Road and Sharon Woods Drive, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on July 17, 2025. The project consists of demolishing existing concrete in Sharon Creek under and near Sharon Woods Drive bridge, replacing 186 LF of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer, re-grading 200 LF of stream, placing 1,600 tons of rock channel protection, installing 116 SY of water proofing membrane over the existing bridge box beams, and asphalt resurfacing.
The project has a substantial completion date of November 14, 2025.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:30 AM on July 2, 2025, at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Sharon Woods Drive Bridge located near 11450 Lebanon Road, Sharonville, OH 45241, approximately 750 LF south of the intersection of Lebanon Road and Sharon Woods Drive.
All questions are to be submitted in writing via email to Ron Masella at RMasella@greatparks.org before Thursday, June 26, 2025. Any questions received on/after Thursday, June 26, 2025, will not receive a response prior to construction.
Bidding Documents may be viewed at McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, ACI plan rooms and The Blue Book Building & Construction Network. The legal advertisement may be viewed at www.greatparks.org/administration/documents.
Bidding documents shall be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, 4219 Malsbary Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242, 513-326-2300, at contractor’s expense (no refunds).
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
