Sealed bids will be received by Otterbein Senior Life, as provided in this notice for construction of the project known as The Fairways of Otterbein Phase II (the “Project”).
Contract documents, which include additional details of the Project, are on file and available from www.questcdn.com. You may download the digital plan documents for $22 by going to Kleingers.com and clicking on “Project Bid Information” on the bottom, right-hand side of the page, or by inputting Quest project #9718987 on the website’s project Search page. Please contact QuestCDN.com at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in free membership registration, downloading, and working with this digital project information.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope delivered to ICO The Kleingers Group, ATTN: Jeff Kmet, 6219 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 and plainly marked on the outside “The Fairways of Otterbein Phase II PROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 3:00 pm local time, June 30, 2025.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2025, at 1:30 pm at The Kleingers Group, 6219 Centre Park Drive; West Chester, OH 45069.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.
