Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on June 26, 2025, and will be read at that time for ITB# 042-25 – Paycor Stadium BP# 2 Structural Steel for Club VT Project.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 16, 2025, at 10:00a.m., at Paycor Stadium (meet at: Main Security) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.

This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is TC-02 – Structural Steel - $1,551,500.00 Plus $100,000 Allowance = $1,651,500.00 and TC-03 – Concrete Structure - $792,250.00 +$50,000 Allowance = $842,250.00 for a total of $2,493,750.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 4219 Malsbury Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site – http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
