The projects are located in Springfield Township, on Mill Road, south of W Sharon Road and north of Springdale Road, in Hamilton County, Ohio. MSD proposes to construct sanitary sewer laterals for 10460 Mill Road, 10480 Mill Road, 10490 Mill Road, and 10652 Mill Road.
The proposed Mill Road Sewer Lateral Assessment (HN 10460), project number 10440130, will benefit one single-family parcel, eliminating one household sewage treatment system (HSTS). The proposed sewer lateral assessment will outfall to S.S. No. 1905A. MSD proposes to construct approximately 64 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sewer lateral and other sewer appurtenances.
The proposed Mill Road Sewer Lateral Assessment (HN 10480), project number 10440115, will benefit one single-family parcel, eliminating one household sewage treatment system (HSTS). The proposed sewer lateral assessment will outfall to S.S. No. 1905A. MSD proposes to construct approximately 64 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sewer lateral and other sewer appurtenances.
The proposed Mill Road Sewer Lateral Assessment (HN 10490), project number 10440165, will benefit one single-family parcel, eliminating one household sewage treatment system (HSTS). The proposed sewer lateral assessment will outfall to S.S. No. 1905A. MSD proposes to construct approximately 64 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sewer lateral and other sewer appurtenances.
The proposed Mill Road Sewer Lateral Assessment (HN 10652), project number 100440150, will benefit one single-family parcel, eliminating one household sewage treatment system (HSTS). The proposed sewer lateral assessment will outfall to S.S. No. 1799A. MSD proposes to construct approximately 53 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sewer lateral and other sewer appurtenances.
If a contract is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the method of award identified in Section H of the Instructions to Bidders in Section 00 21 13. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 7%.
