GREAT PARKS OF HAMILTON COUNTY
PARK IDENTIFICATION SIGNAGE
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for Park Identification Signage, to be fabricated and installed at multiple locations across Hamilton County, Ohio, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on June 20, 2024. The project consists of the fabrication and installation of multiple park identification signs at 25 park locations. The work will include delegated final design of signage, site preparation, and the installation of signage and landscaping.
The project has a substantial completion date of April 15, 2025.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 2024, at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231
A virtual Pre-Bid Meeting will be held online at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024, via Microsoft Teams. To be added to the meeting invitation, email bosinski@greatparks.org.
Bidding Documents may be viewed at McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, ACI plan rooms and The Blue Book Building & Construction Network.  The legal advertisement may be viewed at http://www.greatparks.org/administration/documents.
Bidding documents shall be obtained at contractor’s expense (no refunds) from ARC Document Solutions, 4219 Malsbary Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242, 513-326-2300 and online at https://customer.e-arc.com/arcEOC/ARCPlanRoom.aspx.
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates.  In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates.  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
