GLENWOOD GARDENS – HIGHFIELD DISCOVERY GARDEN
WOODLAND WALK & PATIO RENOVATIONS
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the Glenwood Gardens Woodland Walk & Patio Renovation, located at 10397 Springfield Pike Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. The work includes the replacement of elevated deck walk stamped concrete patio, alternates for deck-bride, pre-engineered suspension bridge, additional stamped concrete patio areas, cedar trellises, iron fence, and other associated site work as described in the documents.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on May 16, 2024.  The site will be available for the start of construction the week of June 17, 2024, with an anticipated substantial completion of August 30, 2024.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name.  Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 09:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Winton Centre Board Room.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 09, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Gardens Highfield Discovery Garden. We will meet at the Gate House entrance in Glenwood Gardens.  Due to the unique character and circumstances of the project it is highly recommended interested contractors attend the pre-bid meeting.
Bidding Documents may be viewed at McGraw-Hill Construction Dodge, ACI plan rooms and The Blue Book Building & Construction Network.  The legal advertisement may be viewed at www.greatparks.org/administration/documents.
Bidding documents shall be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, 4219 Malsbary Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242, 513-326-2300, at contractor’s expense (no refunds).
Contracts for work under this bid will obligate all Contractors to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates.  In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates.  No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date.
Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

VINEYARD GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION PUMPING PLANT STATION
Sealed bids, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for the Vineyard Golf Course Irrigation Pumping Plant Station, 600 Nordyke Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45255, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids are due by 10:00 am Monday April 29, 2024
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on May 16, 2024. The Pumping Plant Station, Lake Fill System and ancillary equipment must be delivered and substantially complete to the Vineyard Golf Course site within 40 weeks of issuance of a purchase order and Notice to Proceed as described in the bidding documents.
