INVITATION FOR RFQ

The Village of Evendale, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Management Firms for the purposes of providing construction management services, CM at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for the construction of a new Service Department Building and associated site improvements. Sealed SOQ’s, shall be received by the Village Engineer, Village of Evendale, Ohio, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241, until 12:00 p.m., local time on Friday, June 30, 2023.
The Village will evaluate all submitted SOQ’s and will select those respondents it deems most qualified to provide Request for Proposals in accordance with the RFP process in the second phase of the selection process.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEMS
Request for Proposal will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Great Parks of Hamilton County at the Winton Centre, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF LIGHTNING DETECTION SYSTEMS as set forth in the specifications. Separate bids will be accepted for the purchase and delivery of golf carts as set forth in the bid document. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly designated on the outside of envelope with the project name. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 1 p.m., on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the Winton Centre.
