Stormwater & Green Infrastructure Engineering Support Services  
RFQ # 2020-001
Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:  https://cincinnati-oh.bonfirehub.com/
All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFQ Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RFQ for details.

As of 2/10/2020, interested parties may download RFQ Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.  
Questions on this project or any part of the RFQ Documents must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1:30 PM local time on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.        
A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC requires engineering support for various stormwater, floodplain and green infrastructure projects.  This may involve field and engineering work on implementing and optimizing controls on existing stormwater basins to use their capacity in MSDGC’s operational optimization program.
A general outline of work required is provided in the RFQ.  In general, the selected firm will work with MSD in a variety of capacities to support stormwater, floodplain and green infrastructure engineering needs.  This includes all aspects of hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of storm water and green infrastructure engineering needs. Consultant will assist with implementation of other programmatic elements such as inclusion of storm water detention tanks retrofits in the Watershed Operations optimization and control system.
