Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and Columbia Township as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration.
Columbia Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

SS 937 DRY WEATHER CHANNEL (10230130)

For construction to install a 5640 linear foot dry weather flow channel along the existing combined sewer and repair structural deficiencies in the sewer. The dry weather channel, conveyed to the Werk and Westbourne EHRT, will convey solids from SS 937 to the Upper Muddy Crk Interceptor, significantly reducing the quantity of solids and associated odors conveyed to Schiaible Crk during wet weather events in Green Twp, Hamilton Co, OH in coordination with CSO 522 Gate Structure (10289010), ITB 273C909363. This project will utilize WPCLF and HUD funding.
The City will conduct mandatory Prebid Meetings for this project, RSVP to msd.procurement@cincinnati-oh.gov is required.

For construction to provide DUC to CSO 522 by installing a concrete gate structure with electric motor operated gate and telemetry in the underflow sewer next to Werk and Westbourne EHRT Influent Control Structure, allowing more flow to the EHRT and reducing underflow to the Muddy Crk Interceptor in Green Twp, Hamilton Co, OH in coordination with SS937 Dry Weather Channel (10230130), ITB 273C909362.
