A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Hamilton County Justice Center, North Lobby, 1000 Sycamore Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202.

WINTON WOODS
FARM & EQUESTRIAN CENTER ARENA REFOOTING
Bids will be received by Great Parks of Hamilton County (Great Parks) for Winton Woods Farm and Equestrian Center Arena Refooting as set forth in the Request for Proposal Packet available on the Great Parks website:

All Bid Proposals must be typed or written legibly on the forms in the Request for Proposal Packet. This entire signed and initialed Request for Proposal Packet, including any additional documents provided by the Supplier, shall be submitted to Great Parks at its offices located at 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 or emailed to bhelmes@greatparks.org.
All Bid Proposals MUST BE RECEIVED by 10:00 AM EDT on August 10, 2026.
Bid Proposals shall be publicly opened at Great Parks of Hamilton County, Winton Woods, Winton Centre Oak Conference Room, starting at 10:05 AM EDT on August 10, 2026.
A prebid meeting will take place at the Winton Woods Farm & Equestrian Center, 10073 Daly Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231 on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.
