INVITATION FOR BID
Sealed bids shall be addressed to and will be received by the City of Harrison located at 300 George Street,
Harrison, Ohio 45030 until Thursday April 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for:

New Haven Road, I-74 Bridge Approach Paving Project
Plans & Specifications for the work may be obtained from Key Blue Prints, Inc. The cost for plans is $100.00
per paper set and $100.00 per electronic set.

Note 1: The Owner assumes no responsibility to supply Builders Exchanges and similar plan review rooms
with all addenda issued. An attempt will be made to do so; however, only registered plan holders will be
notified of expected Addendum with short preparation times.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with
Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be
issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred
percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required
of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the bidder’s name and
address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of
the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and
the City of Harrison as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour
Administration.
The City of Harrison reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on April 13, 2026, and will be read at that time for ITB# 024-26 – Hamilton County Paycor Stadium South Scoreboard Video Board.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on April 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at Paycor Stadium Security Office, 3 Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $7,135,781.00. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 4219 Malsbury Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site – http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
