OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $517,000.00
COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information (but not the bid forms) may be viewed and/or downloaded for free via the internet at https://bids.verdantas.com. The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site.
Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC at a non-refundable cost of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) for hard copies and Forty-Five Dollars $45.00 for electronic files. This project will be funded by the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Program as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project.
This procurement is subject to the EPA policy on encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs).
