SUMMARY: The juvenile court’s judgment terminating Mother’s parental rights and granting permanent custody of her child to the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services was not against the manifest weight of the evidence where Mother failed to obtain sobriety, tested positive for various substances on toxicology screens, appeared to be under the influence during visits with her child, and failed to provide evidence of meaningful substance abuse treatment.
