In general, the work consists of emergency and high priority repair and replacement of mainline sewers, manholes, sewer laterals and other MSD owned assets within the public right of way and various easements of the MSD service area requiring construction methods. Various locations throughout the MSD service area, Ohio.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $40,000,000.00.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on December 29, 2025, and will be read at that time for ITB# 104-25 – Hamilton County 800 Broadway and 230 E. Ninth Street Elevator Preventive Maintenance.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 2, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at 800 Broadway, (meet at: front lobby) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $300,000. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 4219 Malsbury Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site – http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
