SEALED BIDS for the furnishing of all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and all utility and transportation services required for the construction of the AEROHUB ENTRY SIGNAGE PROJECT as per contract and specifications on file with the VILLAGE OF EVENDALE, shall be received by the Chief Fiscal and Accounting Officer, Village of Evendale, Ohio, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241, until 12:00 p.m., local time on Thursday, November 20, 2025 when they shall be publicly opened and read.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope delivered to The Kleingers Group, ATTN: Troy Messer 6219 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 and plainly marked on the outside “Union Village Pool, Landscape, Bathhouse and Pavilion PROJECT BID.” Bids will be received until 3:00 pm local time November 20, 2025.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 17, 2025, at 9:00a.m., at 222. E. Central Parkway (meet at: lobby of Alms & Doepke) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $300,000.
