This bid is for the establishment of a term contract for the supply and delivery of Polyaluminum Hydroxychlorosulfate (PACL) for various MSD Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
Bids, samples, and requested information must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.
If a contract(s) is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
