Request for Letter of Interest

Great Parks of Hamilton County (Great Parks) is requesting Letters of Interest submittals from qualified Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendors to provide multi-module software with the features and functions that are needed to efficiently operate Great Parks’ many services, activities, reservations, and sales. The project includes the procurement of software licensing, hosting services, potential data migration, integration, technical implementation services, and on-going software support of a cloud-based solution. Vendor registration for Letter of Interest and questions regarding the Letter of Interest are due by May 5, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. ET to Laurie Bell, Director of Information Technology, by submitting an email to lbell@greatparks.org.
Letter of Interest submittals are due by Monday, May 12, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. ET. Letter of Interest submittals shall be limited to 40 single-sided pages and provided in PDF format and provided by email to Laurie Bell at lbell@greatparks.org.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on May 14, 2025, and will be read at that time for ITB# 027-25 – Paycor Stadium Practice Field Sod Replacement.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on May 5, 2025, at 11:00a.m., at Paycor Stadium (meet at: Main Security) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $225,000. Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 4219 Malsbury Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site – http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
