Custom Logo Promotional Items

Great Parks of Hamilton County has issued this Request for Proposal to hire an experienced firm (Supplier) to provide standard production service for promotional items such as pens, tumblers, carabiners, cups, t-shirts, accessories, etc. Great Parks has a need for on-demand production, with a digital proofing process at fixed prices, and needs to establish a partnership with a reliable vendor to provide high quality promotional items at fair market value pricing to minimize turnaround time and maximize efficiency. This document shall be part of the Supplier’s proposal and shall serve as the contract for services for the successful bid if approved by the Board of Park Commissioners.

Proposals are due by 10 a.m. EST on Tuesday, April 04, 2023. The entire signed and initialed Request for Proposal, including any additional documents provided by the Supplier, shall be submitted via email to Rachel Doellman, Chief of Marketing & Brand Strategy, at rdoellman@greatparks.org, and a hardcopy of the proposal shall be sent to Great Parks of Hamilton County, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on April 6, 2023 and will be read at that time for ITB# 047-23 – Countywide Gasoline (Tankwagon Only).
Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site: http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.
