Sealed Proposals endorsed “2022 Silverton Town Commons Park Project” will be received at the office of the Village Administrator, Village of Silverton, 6943 Montgomery Road, Silverton, Ohio, until 11:00 o’clock am Local Time, on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber of the Village of Silverton for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete work, in accordance with the bid documents and specifications to be made available May 6, 2022.
Install a 6,100 s.f. pocket park. The work will include demolition (small trees, shrubs, and lawn), grading and soil mixes, installation of paving (concrete, concrete pavers over a concrete base, aggregate stone paving, synthetic turf), site furnishings and landscaping.

Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Performance Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
All proposals shall be made and properly executed on proposal forms as issued by The Village of Silverton and bound together with other documents and specifications. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.  Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.   Work shall be substantially completed and acceptable by December 1, 2022.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.  Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
The Council of the Village of Silverton shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council’s judgment, offers the best and most advantageous proposal, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids.  Council may waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids.

Sealed Proposals endorsed “2022 Deer Park and Silverton Street Improvements” will be received at the office of the Safety Service Director, City of Deer Park, Ohio, until eleven (11) o’clock am Local Time, on Friday, May 20, 2022, and at that time publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber of the City of Deer Park for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction, all in accordance with the bid documents and specifications to be made available May 6, 2022 in the office of the Safety Service Director.
The project includes milling and resurfacing along multiple streets within Deer Park and Silverton. Related work to include full depth pavement repairs, curb repairs, curb ramp replacement, walk repair and pavement markings.
