The Cincinnati Court Index is a newspaper of general circulation established in 1892. Published daily, Monday thru Friday, the Cincinnati Court Index is designated as the official daily newspaper of the Hamilton County Courts and the official medium for the publication of all notices under the Federal Bankruptcy Act.
It provides access to legal notices and information on federal court, common pleas suits and court docket, municipal court suits and court docket, land registrations, court of appeals suits, marriage licenses, inventories, wills presented, fiduciaries appointed, domestic relations suits, domestic violence suits, bid advertisements, tax sales, and sheriff sales
and their results.
