Sealed Proposals endorsed “2023 Madeira Miami Avenue Improvements, Phase 1” will be received at the office of the City Manager, City of Madeira, 7141 Miami Avenue, Madeira, Ohio  45243, until eleven (11) o’clock am Local Time, on Friday, June 9, 2023 and at that time publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber of the City of Madeira for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the construction, all in accordance with the bid documents and specifications to be made available May 26, 2023 via Quest CDN.
The project involves the construction of underground duct bank for future utility relocations, water main replacement, and signal replacement work.

Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Performance Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
All proposals shall be made and properly executed on proposal forms as issued by the City and bound together with other documents and specifications. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.  Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.   All work shall be completed and acceptable by July 1, 2024.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project.  Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
The Council of the City of Madeira shall authorize acceptance of the bid made by the responsible bidder who, in Council’s judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal to the City, considering quality, service, performance record, and price; or Council may direct the rejection of all bids.  Council may waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids.

Sealed bid proposals for the 2023 SHARONVILLE US42 SIDEWALK PROJECT will be received at the office of the Safety/Service Director, Sharonville Municipal Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241 until 1:30 p.m. local time on Friday, June 9, 2023, and at the said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
The project includes the construction of approximately 300 feet of new sidewalk connection along the west side of US42, from Cottingham Drive to a recently constructed site driveway. Associated work includes drainage improvements and drive apron replacements.

Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.  Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity.   All work shall be completed and acceptable by December 31st, 2023.  After opening of bids, no bid can be withdrawn for 60 days.
All Federal, State, County and City laws pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and Prevailing Wage shall apply where applicable.

INVITATION FOR RFQ

The Village of Evendale, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Management Firms for the purposes of providing construction management services, CM at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for the construction of a new Service Department Building and associated site improvements. Sealed SOQ’s, shall be received by the Village Engineer, Village of Evendale, Ohio, 10500 Reading Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241, until 12:00 p.m., local time on Friday, June 30, 2023.
The Village will evaluate all submitted SOQ’s and will select those respondents it deems most qualified to provide Request for Proposals in accordance with the RFP process in the second phase of the selection process.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on July 12, 2023, and will be read at that time for ITB# 071-23 – Paycor Stadium R-22 AHU Replacements.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM, at Paycor Stadium (meet at: Security Office) Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
