The City may conduct a pre-bid meeting for this Project. If a pre-bid meeting is scheduled, the date, time and location of the pre-bid meeting will either be identified on the project’s web page or will be identified in an addendum.
This project consists of construction of a new diversion chamber, gate chamber, and a sluice
gate and appurtenant structures installation that will by dynamically controlled by level sensors at CSOs 83 and 472. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement,
installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment.
The work takes place in City of Cincinnati’s Oakley and Linwood neighborhoods, in Hamilton County, Ohio, 45208 and 45226.
The estimated cost of construction for this project is: $4,293,100.00
If a contract is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the method of award identified in Section H of the Instructions to Bidders in Section 00 21 13. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 6%.
