Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on July 13, 2022, and will be read at that time for ITB# 050-22 – Hamilton County Taft Center 9th, 10th & 11th floor renovation.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 11:00 AM ON JUNE 29, 2022 AT TAFT CENTER (MEET ON 11TH FLOOR LOBBY) 239 E. 9th Street, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is $321,000 General Construction. Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFQ Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RFQ for details.

A brief description of the services sought:
The 2022 East Side Conveyance Bundle consists of three (3) different projects, named accordingly: Wayside Avenue and Colter Avenue Sewer Improvements project; Madison Road and Edwards Road Sewer Improvements project; CSO 182 Strategic Sewer Separation project . More detailed descriptions can be found in the RFQ itself.
The project scope includes planning, design, and construction phase engineering services. The expected duration of the project bundle is approximately 8 years.
