Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFQ Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RFQ for details.

As of 9/1/2021, interested parties may download RFQ Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.

A brief description of the services sought:
This project will require structural and mechanical components evaluation of the existing secondary clarifiers at the facility. The purpose of this RFQ is to procure professional engineering support and design services to evaluate the repair or replacement of Clarifiers 2 and 3 and to prepare all required design documents for the recommended improvements for successful project execution.
