A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2021, AT 2:00PM, AT THE HAMILTON COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER, 1000 SYCAMORE STREET CINCINNATI, OH 45202.
