Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on August 12, 2021 and will be read at that time for ITB# 070-21– Search Cameras.
Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site:

Sealed bids shall be addressed to and will be received by the City of Reading located at 1000 Market Street, Reading, Ohio 45215 until August 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for the following City work: BENSON STREET MILL & OVERLAY. Plans & Specifications for the work may be obtained at the office of JMA Consultants, Inc., 4357 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. Cost for the bid package will be $50 non-refundable. This is a Community Development Block Grant funded project.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, his address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.
Contractors must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act in the payment of prevailing federal minimum wage; demonstrate a good faith effort to achieve 10% Minority Business Enterprise participation; and Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, which requires opportunities for training and employment be made to lower income residents and contract work awarded to business concerns owned by lower income residents.
The City of Reading reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any part thereof.
