A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 12, 2021 AT 9:00AM, AT 800 BROADWAY LOBBY (MEET AT: LOBBY) CINCINNATI, OH 45202.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
MSD Wastewater Treatment Division Lock-Out-Tag-Out Energy Control Procedures   
RFQ # 2020-005
Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFQ Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RFQ for details.  
UNTIL 1:30 PM on Monday, March 22, 2021    
As of 2/22/2021, interested parties may download RFQ Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda.

A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC requires professional services to complete Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) Energy Control Procedures (ECPs) for the MSDGC Wastewater Treatment (WWT) Division.  Approximately 7000 ECPs need completed which includes very specialized field surveys of process equipment to identify all sources of hazardous energy, data management/generation of an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant ECP format, and field verification/turnover of OSHA compliant ECPs.
