Digital Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFQ Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RFQ for details.

As of 9/15/20, interested parties may download RFQ Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda. 
Questions on this project or any part of the RFQ Documents must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1:30 PM local time on Tuesday, September 29, 2020.        
A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC’s Watershed Operations (WO) division operates and maintains wet weather assets constructed under the Wet Weather Improvement Plan (WWIP), specifically high-rate treatment facilities, and real-time control facilities, and SCMs.  Since these facilities are intended to slow the flow of stormwater into MSDGC’s combined sewer system and improve water quality by use of storage and infiltration during wet weather conditions, ensuring system availability and optimizing performance are top priorities for WO. It is critical that proper maintenance of facilities is completed in a timely manner.
This solicitation intends to result in a contract for maintenance needed to sustain proper function and optimal performance of MSDGC’s SCM assets.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 138 East Court St., (Room 507) Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on October 14, 2020 and will be read at that time for ITB# 082-20 – Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Testing.  
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 9:00 AM ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2020 AT JUSTICE CENTER, 1000 SYCAMORE STREET, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202 – MEET IN JUSTICE CENTER NORTH LOBBY.
