A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 9:00 AM ON AUGUST 12, 2020 AT THE TODD B. PORTUNE CENTER FOR COUNTY GOVERNMENT BUILIDNG, 138 EAST COURT STREET, ROOM 605, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202.
