REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Chemical Root Control Services for MSDGC   
RFP # 2020-002
Digital Proposals will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at the following website:

All proposals must be submitted electronically only via the City’s Bonfire portal at the above link. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted. See “RFP Submissions” at Section 1.10 of the RPQ for details.  
UNTIL 1:30 PM on Friday, June 12, 2020 
As of 5/22/2020, interested parties may download RFP Documents from the Cincinnati Bonfire website and should frequently return to the site to monitor for project-specific updates and addenda. 
Questions on this project or any part of the RPP Documents must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 1:30 PM local time on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.      
A brief description of the services sought:
Supply all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to apply an herbicide root control product within the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati’s (hereafter, MSDGC) combined and sanitary sewer lines in order to kill the root growth present and to control regrowth without damaging the sewer or vegetation producing the roots.
This contract is to be considered “as-needed” but defined scope will be provided at the start of each year and additional work orders may be added to the scope as the Owner has need.
