at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of Replacement of the southern portion of the supply and return lines for the sodium hypochlorite loop of the plant system at Mill Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant
