SEALED BIDS will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as agent for the County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio for the Operation of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

at which time said bids will be OPENED and publicly READ for construction of the above named project. Bidders must deliver their bid to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

In general, the work consists of plumbing maintenance and repair in industrial process facilities and pump stations at MSD.
The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 6%.
Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on March 3, 2020 and will be read at that time for ITB# 003-20 – Great American Ball Park 2020 Steel Cleaning & Overcoating.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 19, 2020 AT 10:00AM, AT GREAT AMERICAN BALL PARK (MEET AT: SECURITY OFFICE – GATE 3),  CINCINNATI, OH 45202.
This is a prevailing wage project, and the estimated budget is General Construction $1,000,000.00.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the ARC, 7157 E.
