CONTAINERIZED REFUSE AND RECYCLING DISPOSAL SERVICES
Sealed bids will be received by Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) for CONTAINERIZED REFUSE AND RECYCLING DISPOSAL SERVICES, as set forth in the following bid document and specifications. On Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., a pre-bid meeting will be held with the Great Parks’ Project Manager at Winton Woods, Winton Centre (10245 Winton, Cincinnati, OH 45231) to review this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Proposals are due Tuesday, February 4, 2020 by 3:00 p.m. This entire signed and initialed Request for Proposal, including any additional documents provided by the Supplier, shall be submitted to Amy Marcrum, Great Parks of Hamilton County, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 or by email to

In order to protect the integrity of the bidding process, bids shall not be prepared, completed or altered on the premises of Great Parks of Hamilton County. Any bid which is prepared, completed or altered on the premises shall be immediately disqualified and receive no further consideration for award.
Bids shall be publicly opened, at Great Parks of Hamilton County, Winton Woods, Winton Centre, starting at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

Electronic or sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00AM on February 11, 2020 and will be read at that time for ITB# 014-20 – Asphalt.
