Sealed proposals will be received at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, 507 Administration Bldg., 138 East Court St., Cincinnati, OH 45202, until 11:00 A.M. on December 20, 2019 and will be read at that time for ITB# 092-19 – Hamilton County Great American Ballpark Replace Outfield Wall Pads. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 2:00 PM ON DECEMBER 9, 2019 AT GREAT AMERMICAN BALLPARK, MEET AT MAIN SECURITY AT DOCK 3, CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202.  Proposal forms, specifications, etc. may be obtained upon application at the Hamilton County Purchasing Department, or they may be electronically retrieved by accessing the following web site:   http://www.hamilton-co.org/purchasing/.

Water and Sewer Pump Repairs
Great Parks of Hamilton County will use the Time & Materials Bids to contract for individual projects, minor repair work and emergency work. A typical project schedule is 30 days and has a budget up to $25,000.
The 2020 Time & Materials Bid Request document can be found on our website greatparks.org.   A separate 2020 Bid Sheet must be completed for each trade that applies.
2020 Time and Materials Bids are due Friday, December 20, 2019 by 12 p.m.  The entire signed and initialed 2020 Time and Materials Bid document, including any additional documents provided by the Contractor, shall be submitted to Donna Weber, Planning Administrator at [email protected]
