A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC is investigating new ways to operate its wet weather facilities that harness the power of machine learning and watershed-based optimization. All wet weather facilities are monitored and controlled via the SCADA system, and the optimization program develops algorithms and control strategies that better manage these facilities.  It allows MSD to gain additional value from all constructed facilities and more cost effectively meet water quality objectives and Consent Decree requirements.  The Consultant will develop an approach, evaluate alternatives, implement control strategies, and recommend future wet weather controls to achieve MSD’s goals at the lowest cost.
