SEALED Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will be received for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) by the City of Cincinnati (the “City”), as sole management agency for the operation and maintenance of MSDGC at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202:

Offerors must deliver their SOQs to the City at Two Centennial Plaza, 805 Central Ave, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, by the time and date specified above, either by hand or other logistics.

A brief description of the services sought:
MSDGC is investigating new approaches to model calibration optimization using parameter grouping and the power of cloud computing to facilitate optimization of the fit of SWMM model data to observed flow monitoring data.  The Consultant will develop an approach, tools and guidelines to prepare an array of alternatives, evaluate them against a selected goodness-of-fit metric, and move towards an optimized solution.  Parameter grouping is an essential component of the optimization strategy.

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Safety Service Director, City of Cheviot, Hamilton County, 3814 Harrison Avenue, Cheviot, Ohio 45211, until 10:00 am local time on Monday, December 2, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the disposal of solid waste generated by the City of Cheviot for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Bid packages that contain the bid conditions and quantities are available at the address above or by calling (513) 661-2700. Bids must be submitted with a bid bond of five percent (5%) of the first year bid amount. The Council of The City of Cheviot, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all parts of a bid.
