Great Parks of Hamilton County (GPHC) is requesting Letters of Interest submittals from consultants to provide professional design services for the “Sharon Woods Golf Course Irrigation System Replacement”. The Golf Course is located at 11555 Swing Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.

The project consists of reconstructing the entire irrigation system that consists of lake pumps, reservoir, booster pumps, golf course piping and sprinkler heads.

The complete Sharon Woods Golf Course Irrigation System Replacement Professional Design Services RFLOI and “Sharon Woods Irrigation Pumping System Evaluation.” completed by Strand Associates can be found online at https://www.greatparks.org/administration/documents.   

Letter of Interest submittals are due Friday, November 22, 2019 by 4 p.m. Submittals shall be submitted in one letter size bound hard copy and in one digital file PDF format. Submittal files shall contain the firm’s name and Sharon Woods Golf Course Irrigation System Replacement Professional Design Services in the file name. Hard copy and digital file submittals may be mailed or hand delivered but it is the responsibility of the Consultant to ensure the submittal has been received by the deadline. All documents shall be submitted to Joe Walter, PE, Great Parks of Hamilton County, 10245 Winton Road, Cincinnati, OH 45231.
